健康中心 Health Center

健康中心位於校本部的行政大樓一樓114室及美崙校區的勵志樓一樓2-106室，在特定時間安排有醫師看診，中心的服務時間是週一至週五上午8:00至下午05:00。另外，在東華大學特約醫院就診，記得要攜帶健保IC卡及學生證，可享掛號費優惠。

There are two health centers in our school. One is located at the administration building in the Shoufong campus, 1st floor, room 114. And the other is at Inspirational Building in Meilun campus, first floor, room 2-106. Make an appointment for checking-up if you feel ill. The health center is open on Monday-Friday 8: 00 pm to 05: 00. In addition, remember to your bring Health Insurance ID and Student ID to get the preferential treatment when you are treated in the privileged hospital of NDHU.

一、 學生團體保險：Student group insurance

the fee of student group insurance (around NT 303) is required for all students. For more questions please contact Ms. Wen-ling Liu of Health Center. (TEL: 886-3-863-2252)

二、 醫療保險：Medical Insurance
 

來台未滿4個月者，且無已於國外投保自入境當日起至少四個月效期之醫療及傷害保險者，如需參加醫療保險，需繳醫療保險費；相關問題請洽學務處畢業生及僑生輔導組劉碧純小姐電話：03-8632282。
the medical insurance is an option to pay, for the students who stay in Taiwan less than 4 months, and without buying any medical and accident insurance since the day of immigration for 4 months. With buying the medical insurance, your health and medical problems will be taken care of. For more questions, please contact the assistant of Graduate & Overseas Chinese Student Counseling Services.
三、 全民健康保險：National Health Insurance
  來台滿4個月者，需繳全民健康保險費(一律投保)；相關問題請電洽學務處畢業生及僑生輔導組，壽豐校區電話03-8632282。
For those who stay in Taiwan more than 4 months, the purchase of National Health Insurance is a must; for more questions please contact the Division Graduate & Overseas Chinese Student Counseling Services, in Shoufong campus. (TEL 03-8632282)
