申請流程：
本校會於5/15及12/15寄送申請單至交換學校，學生在填寫完申請單寄送至東華大學後，經本校核准，學生將會收到入學准許證明，作為辦理簽證之證明文件。
We will send application forms to exchange school around 5/15 and 12/15. After student fills the application form and send the form to National Dong Hwa University, we will processing your application, and return you the admission letter if you meet all the necessary entry criteria. The admission letter could be the document for applying visa. |

入學流程：
學生在抵達台灣後，會由本校派出的義工負責接機，並陪同搭乘大眾交通工具至東華大學，同時會發送一袋入學資料袋，內有行事曆、校園與交通資訊、聯絡電話、網路服務說明、選課單、入學手續單以及離校手續單；在辦理入學手續的過程中，皆有義工陪同辦理，記得在學務處生輔組報到時，需繳交保證金(NT 1000)。
When you arrive at Taiwan, the volunteers from DNHU will help you to take public transportation to the university. In the meantime, you will be given a package with school calendar, campus and traffic information, contact information, web service, course selection form, admission procedure form and leave-school form. Volunteers will be with you to help you during the school entrance procedure. You have to pay the deposit for the dormitory around 1000 NT dollars. |
