Except the general rules that National Dong Hwa

common students, a foreign student wants to apply for National Dong Hwa
University should accord to the standard that the department he/she
applies to. Moreover, a foreign student who applies for bachelor degree
should pass the TOP exam (at least For Basic Level 1), or address
certification that equals the same level. Test of Proficiency-
