Role A (Students): You and your partners register your complaint with the unsatisfactory food which you have purchased in your School's Cafe.
Role B (Staff of School Cafe ): Try to convince students of your good quality of food and service.
The class is divided into two groups - A-groups (Role A: Students ) and B-groups (Role B: Staff ). Please discuss the role with your group members in the situation, and plan strategies and language to use. Play out the scenario using the strategies and language you and your group members planned.
