Biography

Aleck Lin is an Associate Professor in the Department of Arts and Creative Industries, National Dong Hwa University, TAIWAN. Dr. Lin lectured and conducted research in the Research School of Accounting and Business Information Systems, Australian National University (ANU) from 2008 to 2013. He was also a core member of the National Centre for Information Systems Research (NCISR), Australia. Dr. Lin's research interests lay in the emotional computing, strategic development of web information systems, multimedia interactive systems, online knowledge dissemination, and theoretical foundation of information systems. Lin's publications include publications in journals such as Journal of Management Information Systems, Decision Support Systems, Journal of Interactive Marketing, and Pacific Asia Journal of the Association for Information Systems. The Australian Computer Society (ACS) assessed him as an Information Technology Officer - Systems Programmer in 2001.
